Over the past six years with our German partner, CultureWaves, we have designed a program that gives you useful, top quality cross-cultural training informed by current U.S. and European perspectives. Training can be given in Germany or the U.S., in German or English.

• How to be effective communicating across technology (e-mail, phone, virtual teams) (This module is also helpful for PA's and other support personnel who communicate frequently by phone and email.)

This seminar has direct applications for engineering, personal assistants, leaders and managers, manufacturing personnel, marketing and HR.
