Marilyn Retta is a co-founder of CCC who uses her experience as an expat kid (born to American parents living in Central America) combined with her experience as an expat mother to help families and individuals navigate their own global journeys.
She is well versed in the unique challenges and opportunities that face global nomads and families in transition as they adjust to new countries. Marilyn has lived in South America, Africa and Europe, and had two daughters born in South America.
Marilyn is fluent in French and Spanish. She is an honors graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and Dallas Theological Seminary. She is also a US Federally Certified Spanish Court Interpreter, a Texas-licensed interpreter and is Certified by the American Translators Association for Spanish-English translation.
